I've had this same behavior when using non-Cisco access points. Cisco bug ID: CSCsa80917

Here's the workaround:

When using third-party APs and switches and Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP), the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920 can cause a Cisco IP Phone 7960 to reset.

Workaround: Disable CDP on the 7920. Press Menu > * # # > Send; then, navigate to Menu > Network Config > CDP TX Enable/Disable.

Made the change, restarted the 7920 and its fixed....Thank you very much...
