Never heard of it.. Are you trying to setup OOL or OOL WiFi?

You don't need to install anything for either.

Edit: From the google results, I'm guessing you received a wifi router from Cablevision? You don't have to use their software. Just find the SSID, join and put in the default password (not sure what this is on OOL's routers. Usually it's the serial number on the bottom of the router or on a piece of paper that came with it)

You don't need to use digido if you can log into your router. The default SSID, password, and the admin IP & password are printed on the side of the router.

If you don't know what Digido is or does - google it.

Given that they now let customers install this along with the CV-owned Netgear router seems to hint that customer service will probably be able (and be allowed!) to troubleshoot PC/MAC/i-Device connectivity problems in the house WITHOUT bypassing the CV-issued router.

That's a rather earth-shaking development compared to the current trouble-shooting procedures that always call for a bypass of the router, requiring a modem reboot, several minutes going by waiting for the customer to come back up, etc.
