kudos:2 | Yes, but you'll get CSRs that say you need to bundle, since IPTV is pumped through Telus broadband. Once you get a savvy Telus CSR, they'll try to charge you $5 more since it would be a stand-alone / unbundled service. I was able to negotiate this $5 fee away with a continuous credit applied to my bill. If you need an account number because you are getting the run-around, just PM me. Again, you don't need an active landline (voice) nor Telus' Internet to get their IPTV.

So if im in Brazil I can watch optikTV? Now thats service!! LoL. Honestly, that really sounds like the future. We can buy a phone line from any provider we want theses days. |

You will need a Telus copper pair to your home that is connected to a DSLAM in one of their telephone exchanges.
Purchasing their land line telephone service, or their ADSL based Internet service isn't mandatory, but to get OPTIK TV you must nevertheless have a VDSL2 connection over their copper wiring network. |
