If I return to Sprint's latest PRL, I get download speeds of 140 kbps and upload speeds of 120 kbps.
Flashed the Verizon 00002 PRL. Sprint hasn't fixed the issue in well over three weeks.
It says it's on Sprint, but Roam Control *tethering via EasyTether* says Verizon Wireless and my data usage shows I have used over 1.7 gigs of roaming data. Hur hur hur.

Have you been doing this for several months? I am surprised that they have not terminated you yet.
I am on a Sprint business PRL so I at least get EVDO roaming with Verizon and US Cellular when I am out of reach of Sprint...but I never push it.
