Markie join:2003-07-26 Kalispell, MT	reply to HaloFans Cable speeds fluctuate less than DSL speeds in my area. The idea that it's a cable-only problem is a myth started by DSL providers, not reality. If a provider's bandwidth demand exceeds their capacity, speeds will drop. Doesn't matter one iota if it's cable or DSL.
