Actiontec rev I, gigabit ethernet Cat 6 connection to PC, ONT is ethernet as well, PPOE (long time user), Realtek PCI onboard nic with 2011 drivers. Issue is that fios optimizer says not optimized", does its thing, says restart and then says again "not optimized". Looking to check manually whatever optimizer does to fix or confirm settings. Just can't locate what they should be.

You have to run the optimizer with administrative privileges
