FYI, Your radio commercial is an Xfinity commercial, and Xfinity residential service != Comcast Business Class service.
Comcast Business Class service speed tier changes are glacial compared to Xfinity residential speed tier changes, and since business class customers also have very restrictive contracts, any speed tier changes for individual customers is sometimes postponed until contract renewal time.
