Yep. Usually starts on my second hop. It's always a 68.xxx.xxx.xxx address. Goes downhill from there. I sure wish we could get some answers from Cox. I tried calling tech support, but evidently they had a bunch of new hires with very little training. I ended up having to explain what I meant when I told her one of their routers was dropping packets.
