Hughesnet has stated they are committed to their FAP free download zone. That certainly is better than a $9.99/GB deal any day of the week.

Hence, for typical users, having a download zone in the wee hours of the AM morning is an irrelevant matter.

For "power users," by all means, use Hughes.
