I was second or third to get DSL thru CS and have been happy with service and support. I think they got a bad rap at first when IP communications (their DSL provider and the same provider for most of the rest of the city) couldn't get their act together. I for one like the fact that I pay 45.00 a month and other ISP's here in town charge 20 bucks more a month. It cracks me up when people bitch and moan and yet no place can be perfect (ever gotten a wrong order at a drive thru?) The real test is when you can call and get a real live human, or even bring your machine by up until 11pm and get help. Thanks cyberstation and all the folks who work there for all the help you have given this computer novice. |

| I just got Cyberstation in Dallas, Texas and I have been very impressed with their hard work on making sure I got connected and with the speed of the line. There were some minor problems with my installation and my line was delayed about a week past the first install date. However Cyberstation was very helpful with IP Communications and pushed the account through to get me going. Ever since I have been up and going and my line is very fast! Sometimes it seems faster than the T1 we have at work! I don't play online games and the main thing I was looking for was the always on service anyway, but I am happy with the speed I am seeing - I could never go back to dialup. Another thing I was looking for was a company that would give me a static IP number so I could access files at home from work. Cyberstation helped me set this up and it is working great. Overall I am very happy. |
