In a society that accepts responsibility for nothing, where even motor vehicle crashes that 99 times out of 100 are caused by someone doing something totally stupid are called "accidents" (No it wasn't an accident...someone was an idiot and endangered people's lives!!!), where EVERYONE who walks into a courtroom is "not guilty"; Don't expect Amerikans to take responsibility to practice safe computing.
