Can I replace a remote for free?

Greg2600 join:2008-05-20 Belleville, NJ	Can I replace a remote for free? Dog keeps eating them! I went to a FIOS store a few weeks ago, and he gave me a used one. He said I'm entitled to one remote per box per year free. Hadn't heard that before. Doesn't appear to be a way to order them free on the web. He said to use the menu on the STB. I haven't tried that yet. Anyone know?

But as I said, I think they limit your number, although I think I may go the ebay route, just in case.
