FYI it is not just GPS data in EXIF fields. In the case of EGeezer example the camera used to take the photo and exposure data is shown. Obviously not a real privacy/security issue in this case but other cameras/phones may include data you'd rather not publish.
BTW EXIF fields can be edited and could therefore be fake.
Bottom line is that unless you remove/fake this information you may be telling the world more than you wish as the kid at Burger King did. -- Don't feed trolls--it only makes them grow!
