If there's no security issues I'm staying with 11.3.300.262 since it's working well in my PC's.

This update broke my ability to view embedded videos at www.nytimes.com. I deleted it and installed Flash Version 10.3.183.20. Now all is well.

I know Flash download now is not a separate one for IE and another download for all other browsers. What I don't know is if I download this version can I install just for IE 8? I don't want this latest version for Fx, SeaMonkey or Opera.

I got it from this link.
»www.adobe.com/products/f ··· on3.html

I was able to get just for IE download, but I thought I remembered reading in previous Flash threads in this forum that Adobe had put the two downloads (IE and plugin based browsers) together into one download now.

My memory is wrong?

Yes, wrong.
IE, & everything else, are still separate.

It is x86 & x64 which are now bundled into a single download (though again, one for IE & one for all else.)

Just remember that it all depends on the software - I'm running Opera on a x64 bit platform and it installs the x86 bit version because of Opera; although it says x32 bit version in the control panel.....you'd think they would not represent falsely but I guess that's a sales choice not a programmer making that definition.
