I have the same mask. It does have a small fit problem if you have facial hair. I find it slightly annoying but not a game stopper.
Nevertheless, if you have not had a checkup with your sleep doctor for a while, book an appointment, and bring your equipment in with you, they can test it and give you some advice on what to do. Perhaps they can do a sleep study with you using your equipment.
Or better, take it back to the place where you purchased it and ask the respiratory technologist for assistance. Mine does it for free, at any time. My sleep specialist does not have anything to do with machines and adjustment.
