| RCA Modem Question I have the Triple play in gloucester county southern new jersey. We've been having some problems, albeit minor but annoying with our service. After calling comcast, they "reset" the modem, an "rca dhg535-2" and everything seemed fine until 3 days later had to do the same thing. We've been in our house for over 3 years and this is the same modem that we got when we moved in. What is the expected "life" of these modems, and is it possible/necessary to request a newer model? kudos:4 | those modems are well despised in my systems by techs....there shelf life was not long....i would suggest calling in and getting a tech to come out and swap it out.
