Weird, bcause where that line seems to go, is the train tracks...though now that I think about it, some communications companies use the railroad right-of-way to have cabling around cities and whatnot...

Sort of difficult to see from the picture, but there is a CN line that runs near that Futureshop on Barrydowne just a bit north(south?) of Lasalle lol...
