That's only a possibility if they have no fuel pressure. The OP needs to diagnose if they have no spark or no fuel at the engine when it is not starting while turning over.

Crank and cam sensors work, or they don't.
fuel pump works, or it doesn't.
granted it *could* be an ecm, they do intermittant also....but after years of nissan main relay failures and rarely an ecm, well....math is ? |

BTW
The main relay (or fuel injection relay) fires up the fuel pump, the ecm, the ignition, and quite a few other things such as the entire electrical system (save for the starter and alternator).
