Most important one IMO "Improve system stability."
Interesting, I don't know if the system not booting really counts as a stability issue, because it never when wonky (on either Ubuntu or Win 7) when it was booted, the issue was just getting it to Post.
The performance (response time and boot time) is actually much faster than it was with the defective mobo.
Might also be worth noting that the board arrived at my doorstep with v.1406 the second most recent update.
