[Ultra/Lite] Rogers DNS 64.71.255.198 Outage?

Just helping a relative out over connectivity issues in Leaside/Toronto Ontario. I was able to get her to ping to an IP address but accessing from a browser failed. When I had her start up NSLOOKUP, it reported a failure accessing 64.71.255.198. Anyone else having issues?

Don't use Rogers for DNS, switch to level 3 4.2.2.x, and/or Google at 8.8.8.8.
