[Speed] Upload Speed

My upload speed gets hit pretty bad at random times throughout the day. For example right now as I'm writing this my upload is 1/4 the usual speed. This happens everyday. If I test my upload speed when its fine I get around 3.5mb upload. I live in zip code 15057. I need a consistent upload speed for what I'm doing.

Here is a test to a VA server using TwitchTV Bandwidth Tester

And this example is actually steady compared to most. I will go from 2000kbps~150kbps
--------------------------------------------------------------
Initializing connection to server......
Trying to stream maximum data rate of 1996 kbps...
Initializing transmission to server... (100%)
Average data rate during 1061 ms: 692 kbps...
Average data rate during 2117 ms: 583 kbps...
Average data rate during 2285 ms: 718 kbps...
Average data rate during 1043 ms: 673 kbps...
Average data rate during 2252 ms: 749 kbps...
Average data rate during 2205 ms: 703 kbps...
Average data rate during 2414 ms: 615 kbps...
Average data rate during 2170 ms: 614 kbps...
Average data rate during 1013 ms: 327 kbps...
Average data rate during 2202 ms: 512 kbps...
Average data rate during 2177 ms: 654 kbps...
Average data rate during 2313 ms: 645 kbps...
Average data rate during 2101 ms: 346 kbps...
Average data rate during 2032 ms: 690 kbps...
Average data rate during 2204 ms: 774 kbps...
Done.
Average data rate: 620 kbps.
Dropped frames: 644
Your bandwidth to server is probably not sufficient.

Posting your signals as mentioned can help, along with the modem model. If you have a D3-capable modem, it may be helpful to see if it's bonding upstream or not. If not, then the channel may be clogged by another user on your node. And something running uploads on your computer (BitTorrent or similar) or other device could also cause issues, no matter how the upstream is normally used.

Don't split the main line coax.. Make sure you getting full connection. D3-Modem set to 1000m and if they did it right put you on the right sub-net. Most are not doing this.

What exactly differentiates between a "right" or a wrong subnet ?

TM722 - I believe its d3 capable

Upstream

UCID Freq Power Channel Type Symbol Rate Modulation
Upstream 1 3 37.10 MHz 45.50 dBmV DOCSIS2.0 (ATDMA) 5120 kSym/s 64QAM
Upstream 4 2 30.65 MHz 43.00 dBmV DOCSIS2.0 (ATDMA) 5120 kSym/s 64QAM

Seems to look good there no? Btw my upload speed is super terrible again right now

Seems like comcast cant handle peek hours, 3-8
