| Attn WOW_Dan--Cols low U/L speeds after last week's outage So my 15/2 speed is now down to 15/1, after the brief outage we had last week here in Columbus.
Based on my discussions with others, it appears I'm not alone.
And no, rebooting everything doesn't change anything.
Does anyone else want to chime in here?
I use both speedtest.net and WOW's own speed test for Columbus:

| I'm also in Columubs with the 15/2 plan. After the upload was increased from 1 to 2, the the fastest up speed I ever got was 1.92.
I had not run a speedtest during the past few weeks. A few days ago I got over 2 upload speed for the first time?
Today, on WOW's speedtest and speedtest.net, I'm getting upload speeds from 2.01 to 2.15.
This is with WOW's Arris TM602G phone modem. The firmware is still dated May 12, 2011.
I don't know what changed to cause the recent increase. |

Mine is a tad bit slower than usual, but faster than it was when i was on the 1Mbps service.
Download Speed: 15996 kbps (1999.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 1672 kbps (209 KB/sec transfer rate) |
