3.5mm Stereo Female Y-cable to Two 3.5mm Mono Males

Anyone know where I can find a Y-cable that will break out the following--

3.5mm Stereo Female to (2) 3.5mm Mono Male's? The Tip/Ring of the Female should be split such that one goes to the Tip of one male and the other goes to the Tip of the other male.

So basically a 3.5mm Mono/Mono M to Stereo F Y cable.

These used to be abundant, but now I can't seem to locate any. I'm going to need about 10-30 of them and I really don't want to be soldering bits and pieces together which is what I've done for the first few.

Thx.

I needed the same thing a few months ago, and struck out everywhere. I ended up having to use a 3.5mm stereo to R/L RCA Y, with RCA to mono 3.5 adapters on each of them.

Standard "Airline Headphone Adaptor." Can be found in cable version and cheaper 1-piece version.
