Slow speeds

I'm a new TekSavvy customer and I was monitoring internet speed for few days. It's exactly 2Mb down and 0.7Up with over 50ms delay. Hey, I've got 6Mb (down) package. Never seen it go up more than 2Mb. I'll be calling them to resolve the problem.

Actually I've always been happy with the performance of TekSavvy - until today Today things have really been slow (I'm in Kanata)

Did you test outside at the NID to rule out any inside wiring issues ?

I'd suggest you use the Teksavvy speedtest in Toronto rather then the Kingston one.

Cable or DSL? Both offer 6MB now, I believe.
