i really just dont understand what makes them think they can just slap a $4 a month fee all of a sudden when ive had their service and their modem for 3 years
why not just apply it to new customers, assholes...
I've been a customer for nearly 11 years and I'm not happy either. It's all been going downhill ever since I switched off the RR Turbo Plus plan I was grandfathered on for all of the last decade. -- Please use all available doors...you have 33 to choose from.
