 | reply to JLarrabee I have residential service and the Internet is currently not working, although cable television appears untouched. I have also not been able to contact them by their local phone number. Hope this is quickly resolved, but glad that I'm not alone. |

 | I realize you may not have the authority to publish an official response to an RFO request from a public forum but i'm still going to ask What caused the outage? I was told one thing on the phone from a local rep and another thing from another rep I spoke with. |

 | Any word on when the service will be up? This is getting frustrating. It has been eight hours so far. I use internet for my job, and need to be online. Right now I am racking up my data usage from my phone just so I can work.

Don't tell me it was an individual problem, we monitor their firewalls for uptime and they ALL went down at the same time both times. |

I can assure you that what happened yesterday was unrelated to anything that your customer(s) might have experienced two weeks ago.  | reply to JLarrabee just about everyday now it goes out for at least 5- 10 minutes, seriously fix wtf is wrong with it or im about to leave. happened at 6:02 am dns says its not working and limited to sites and connection speed. resetting dnt work, end up just having to wait crap out. serious is it this hard to fix it? |
