MetroPCS market cap = $4.5 billion MetroPCS long-term debt = $4.7 billion MetroPCS cash = $1.9 billion
$4.5 + 4.7 - 1.9 = $7.3 billion that T-Mobile is out-of-pocket. (Of which they're only paying $1.5 billion in cash, and the rest in stock.) |
