No. I just want Sandvine, Naurus, Cisco, et. al. to be able to rampantly overcharge the taxpayers for all the gear they'll need to do this. This returns wasteful spending by governments back to the corporations, who know how to spend money more effectively than government.
Then I want the CSIS/NSA to sell us data on all those people so we can target market them. It's the corporate thing to do.
This will increase the velocity of money and stimulate the economy, and boost the salaries and bonus incomes of executives. So it's extra good that way too.
It's a virtuous circle. |

| reply to Toastertech Yes, but they act as a reseller/TPIA I'm not sure for cable service through Eastlink in some of their footprint and through Cogeco as you know in North Bay .
I think Eastlink is done with acquisition...also this one might be a little more than they bargained for...they bought out Amtelecom but that was tiny in comparison....
Maybe Shaw perhaps? They have a presence already in NW Ontario up to SS Marie....might fit in with them in their fight to come back....I'd prefer its Shaw and I think they have deeper pockets, but I guess we'll see. |

 | reply to Toastertech I CAN see my ISP buying it to expand their east coast coverage |
