Re: [MoP] New heroics - my first experiences
Anyone roll through the Heroics with Monk tanks or Healers? Any issues so far that anyone has seen? How are they stacking up to the older classes?
I've encountered a few tanks but since I'm usually healing I haven't healer monks yet.
Monk tanks are pretty decent. It seems they are less squishy than Paladin tanks however there have been a couple "ohshit" moments.
Paladin tanks in general seem to be fine for a bit then their HP drops like Kirby during his brick move in Super Smash Bros.
If you find the information in my post helpful or interesting, please throw me a Kudos. Thanks!
if the monk doesnt purify often enough and allows a decent stagger to stack you will see them die shortly after the pull if you arent healing them after, that is why they can seem spikey.
Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau!
"What happened in here?" " Seems to have been a bit of a squabble." "They're all dead!" " More of a tif then."

In terms of healing ease (from what I've seen)
Warriors > Monks = Druids > Paladins > DKs
JB, I haven't healed this xpac, so I can't really comment with any authority - but so far on my blood DK, I've had healers (almost every run) telling me to pull more, more - I'm bored, you don't take any healing. I'm ilvl 461 now - but this was happening at 445+.
EDIT: A lot of those healers were mistweavers, though, thinking back on it.
Yea I hit 461 ilvl and I am now doing 10K HPS solid in 5mans for the most part.
It makes it easier on an undergeared healer.
My pally tank , who was my cata main , is still level 87.
I dinged my warrior to 90 because it was my JC toon. Haven't tanked a heroic on him yet.
