Same thing for me in the Lehigh Valley, speeds get so bad I have to disable WiFi on my iPhone to get a connections. Desktops show 1Mbps and my connections essentially stops.

Can anyone from RCN speak to these issues we are seeing in different markets?

This is still going on, not as bad but still happening.

Just ran a speed test and I got 15/8 while paying for 75/11.

I'm literally getting 500k download speeds in Bethlehem, nights and weekends. I consistently get between 400-600kbps download on speedtest. I cannot even stream low quality hulu. I think my package is 5mbps. My apartment building no doubt is a rats nest of wires, split between 6 units. I can only dream of the speeds others list on here.

What is the best approach?
