En tant que client distingué, Electronic Box est dédié à fournir tous changements de statut du réseau. Ce courriel est pour vous aviser qu’il y aura une maintenance d’un fournisseur relié à votre circuit. S.V.P., voir les détails suivants :

Début des travaux (local) : 06h00 am est 15/10/2012 Fin des travaux (local) : 07h00 am est 15/10/2012 Impact : Perte temporaire de connexion internet pour les abonnés. La panne devrait durer un maximum de 5 minutes. Un redémarrage des équipements peut être nécessaire au niveau de la téléphonie et/ou de votre router sans-fil.
Description des travaux : Nous allons remplacer un équipement optique au centre-ville.
Pendant les travaux, Electronic Box notre équipe va surveiller la situation de proche pour être certaine que votre service soit rétabli une fois la maintenance terminée. Si nous détectons une interruption en dehors des heures de maintenance, nous effectuerons les étapes appropriées pour rétablir votre service sans délai et en vous gardant au courant.

This message is to alert you about maintenance that will be performing on the Electronic Box network onto which your service terminates at or routes through. Please see the following details:

Start time (local): 06:00 am eastern 15/10/2012 End time(local): 07:00 am eastern 15/10/2012 Impact: Temporary loss of Internet connection for all subscribers for a short period of 5 minutes during the maintenance. Rebooting yoour equipment could be required after the maintenance if internet or telephony is not working.
Work Description: Electronic Box will be replacing a fiber optic equipment downtown Montreal.
Electronic Box will be closely monitoring your connection to ensure that your service is restored once this scripted maintenance is completed. In the event of a failure or problem after the maintenance window, we will take appropriate action and keep you updated on the situation. Je transige sur la bourse, chaque minutes de panne peut résulter en une grosse perte, par chance ce n'a pas été le cas ce midi. |

Je songeais appeler voir.. mais je me suis rappelé qu'il y avait un truc d'entretien au réseau le 15 octobre pour le matin.. je me suis dit que ça devait avoir un lien.
(Il me faudrait vraiment un autre moyen pour accéder internet pendant les downtimes, voir si je ne suis pas le seul! ) |
