[Cable] DHCP issues in Richmond Hill as of 10/11
DHCP went down in Richmond Hill after midnight on 10/11.
Equipment reboot, changing the MAC on the router and connecting the computer straight to the modem didn't fix this issue.
Can you please investigate?

The DHCP issue has been resolved however a new IP range (198.84.208.x) was added to the Richmond Hill infrastructure, and it's not properly routed. On hold with tech support.
