Why do you need to know? Either way both apartments would get full separate service. Regardless if it was one or two drops.

What's to be "up to?" Everything except broadcast basic is encrypted at this point...and broadcast basic will likely be encrypted soon. The days of getting "free HBO" by throwing the tech a $20 are over!
