They could do like they do on MDU typical- and put a metal box and everything be inside. One drop to the building. the metal box holds all the goodies.
But TWC - depending on the region- and if it was Adelphia or not before- will run 1 and split off that one outside.
Out here each account gets its own drop. If we install a lockbox there is feeder to a tap then each account gets it's own line from there. This wouldn't happen on a 2 family home.
