Wonderful, I guess. But, for the first time in 6 years I'm not all over this doing an upgrade. I'm sticking with 12.04 for the foreseeable future.

Not casting stones, just staying with what I've got configured for a while.

Ditto. I have 12.04 (De-Unified) running quite nicely on 3 boxen, not interested in migrating until I absolutely have to.

I used to enjoy tinkering with distros and upgrades, now I just want to use my rigs.

That's mostly the route I am going down too. My work machine, and my primary desktop stay on LTS releases. My daughter's machine gets the latest, though I'm waiting just a bit to upgrader. My laptop gets the latest release, and then goes to the next release cycle around Alpha time.
