| nahh vice city DID have bridges, remember the announcement about the storm and they said that all bridges and access ways to cross the river will be closed till further notice? its in there..
I'm playing vice city right now even so i know for a fact there are bridges. maybe you mean barges? but still there is one barge i believe and its at the docks
