Don't all the carriers lock their phones? You can't even use a Virgin Mobile phone on Sprint (even though it already uses Sprint) so why are they just picking on Apple?
This suit should be filed against AT&T, not Apple IMO. And yes, a majority of carriers lock their devices, primarily to protect themselves. The only thing this will do if the plaintiff wins is increase the ETFs.
