Trying to help a customer locally in my division here in Milwaukee Wisconsin with a "slow as molasses" non DVR box, since the black guide upgrade. I asked him for a model number. What is the latest non-DVR build from Samsung and Cisco? It has been so long since I had a non-DVR box, I don't know the latest models.
