Lovely latency outages due to yet another oversubscribed DSLAM. They ran additional T1 lines in my area and it only netted a few weeks of normal service. I'm back to experiencing your exact issues, horrible latency during peak times. It's tough to browse much less stream video or game online.
The phone reps have been great and brutally honest lately in that they have no idea when Windstream will correct their alarming number of oversubscribed areas. They simply don't care at this point or at least have not proven to.
It's as if they are almost just buying their time till they leave town and leave this mess for someone else to clean up. Not sure how they are getting away with it legally in regards to advertising false speeds and not coming close to delivering them.
