| Guide is out as of 9:30pm in Westland I'm not seeing a guide on my TV tonight, wanted to see what was on tomorrow night and it was just hanging saying switching to Friday.
Tried to call 866-4WOW-NOW and it just either rings busy or doesn't ring at all. |

kudos:22 | There were no issues around on screen guide. This is usually a signal issue, but can sometimes be resolved by rebooting the box, as long as the video service is working. If you continue to have issues with the guide, please contact customer service to set up an appointment for a technician to investigate this locally. |
