This confusion on the website has been reported. But I will certainly replant the bug.
If you input your address then it should eliminate the packages that would not be available for you.

A large amount of people will not enter (and do not wish to) in their postal code (basically their address) before they have already shopped around on the site and decided on a purchase. |
