Out of curiosity, how are you determining the speeds are consistent after PB?
In my case, they DO average out to 27 Mbps, so the overall average speed isn't the problem. But if you look at the traffic second by second (or in even smaller time intervals), it looks like a sawtooth pattern as I posted in the other thread. -- "Women.
