Re: [Cable HSI] Packet loss once again in CoMo Nov 4th 10:30am..Outage north side of Columbia.
Not sure what's going on. Tech support says.. thanks for reporting but they have not got any notification. basically goes thru same troubleshooting process.. reboot modem, unplug cable, power off/on.
TV ok. Phone out. Internet out.
