I am experiencing the same thing. I've had 3 disconnects in the last few hours. Has been happening since mid-last week. Barrhaven area (whichever POI that is).
Is this specifically a Rogers/Teksavvy issue, or does it relate to modem firmware at all?

If you have a DCM-475 running Stac.02.08 firmware, then get it upgraded (to 02.16). That combination is trouble (resets, disconnects) for 8/4 channel bonding. I can do the upgrade here in Bells Corners for a very modest $5.
