Ordering WOW! Digital Adapter?

The phone system is all messed up and I can't place an order online!

Takes 50 mins to talk to anyone!!!

How much for WOW! Digital Adapter and can I buy my own online and use that one?

How much monthly is the cost?

Yes I have old tvs.

$2 a month for a DTA. You can not purchase your own, as it has to be in our system to function.

I don't have the ability to do that. It's something that has to go through customer service. I'm only technical support. I don't know much about billing at all.

I haven't attempted this, as my extra TV has a built in qam tuner, but wouldn't a setop box such as
this accomplish the same feat?

Seems like it should as it's just acting on the TV's behalf as a qam tuner.

Looking at it, it seems like it should work, but I can't really guarantee that it will. We've never tested anything like that, so it would be a try at your own risk situation, as we couldn't assist with it if it doesn't work.
