It maybe early yet to speculate, but what are we looking here for an estimated time line to resolve this issue via the CRTC? Months, Years? Sadly the damage will be done if it goes on too long.

Enforcements deals with issues relatively quickly compared to other departments. If CNOC manages to get it rushed... Weeks to a few months maybe?

time line wise.. it should be pretty quick if the CRTC orders them to do it. If they still dont do it (I've not seen that happen in the last 5 years).. I don't know what would happen then.
