My internets been intermittently slow since the hurricane hit.
Calling tech support gets you nowhere. The outsourced moron on the line just reads out of his manual. They run a line test and its good yet they still want to send a tech out to check the wiring. IF THE LINE TEST IS GOOD THEN THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM WITH THE WIRING.
Not to mention all the techs are backed up till next week. So by the time they get to it, they might have it fixed by then.
my prob actually turned out to be my router. doing a factory reset fixed it. i didnt think to connect the modem directly to the computer, duh man, 3 days of pulling my hair out and it was the #@#$%^ router!
