I just love turkey, but since it's just the 2 of us I never make a whole bird.
I'm going to be in Montreal for Turkey Day, but I'm going to make some sort of turkey dish for Xmas. My sister in law gave me a turkey breast in the crockpot recipe she swears by, and that sounds pretty good to me.

| reply to Bach No Thanksgiving at home this year, cant afford it and my mother took a much needed breaks, I glad she is taking a break, and is traveling to Cuba.
I will be offering smoke offering of turkey and hickory on Thanksgiving. I am open to what wood I should use. |
