| Did anyone succeed to get the upcoming price hike waived? Hi all,
Did anyone manage to get the just because upcoming price increase waived?
If so, how did you do? I just spoke with the most clueless and dumbest retentions rep ever who didn't understand anything I was asking for.
Thanks for sharing, |

Vay @allstream.net | reply to sunday8pm Hi there,
Have you tried calling the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services? (CCTS)
If you believe that your service provider might be breaching your contract by increasing the price of the service you subscribed to, CCTS may be able to help you resolve your complaint.
Here's their website: www.ccts-cprst.ca |

 | reply to sunday8pm Call again you might get a more intelligent CSR, though good luck understanding a word they say. |

 | reply to Vay Thanks. I'm not sure this is a breach as it is a no term contract anyway? |
|
 | reply to sunday8pm Even with a contract, there's bound to be a clause buried somewhere that say "we can raise the rates whenever we want, just because". |
