 2 edits | [Connectivity] Disconnects since Sandy - NY ONLY I have been getting the same issue, since Sandy, my internet service has been dropping for a couple of seconds at max and then it would restore itself. However, since use internet conversation, the lack of a solid connection has been making me drop the call time in and again, these drops happen quite often. |

Re: [Connectivity] Disconnects since Sandy - NY ONLY I have called Tech support, apparently my modem is working the way it should be. I had called over the phone and via RCN live chat, overall the connection speed is fine but the connection itself would randomly turn off.
I might have to get someone from the company to come around and checkout the modem, right? |
